These terms govern your use of certsprint.app ("CertSprint", the "Service"), operated by TEMIS MOPS S.R.L., CUI 49268198, registered office PTA. ABATOR, Nr.4-7, Bl.B, Sc.2, Et.3, Ap.27, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Contact: hello@certsprint.app. By creating an account or purchasing a pass, you agree to these terms.

The Service

CertSprint provides original practice questions, timed mock exams, explanations, and score reports for third-party software certification exams. Free sample questions are available without payment; full access is sold as time-limited access passes (e.g. 1, 7, or 30 days per exam track, or all-access). Passes are one-time purchases — no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. A pass activates immediately upon successful payment and expires automatically at the end of its period.

Important disclaimers

CertSprint is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, or any certification vendor. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our questions are original material written to publicly available exam guides — they are not actual exam questions. Practicing with CertSprint does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. Accounts and passes are personal and non-transferable; sharing an account or systematically copying, scraping, or redistributing question content is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund. You must be at least 16 years old.

Purchases, prices and the withdrawal right

Prices are shown in EUR and, for consumers in the EU, include VAT where applicable; the exact tax is itemized at checkout based on your country. Because a pass is digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by EU consumer law (art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU and its Romanian transposition). See our Refund Policy for the cases in which we refund anyway. Your statutory rights regarding digital content that fails to conform (Directive (EU) 2019/770) are not affected.

Intellectual property

All content on the Service — questions, explanations, design, and software — is owned by us or licensed to us. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation during your pass period.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Consumers in Romania may address ANPC (anpc.ro); EU consumers may have access to alternative dispute resolution entities in their country. We prefer to fix things directly — write to hello@certsprint.app first.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and apply from the date stated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
